Your photo is sent to Muse Spark 1.3 to read it. Your voice note is sent to Muse Voice to write it down. This app does not keep them.

Voice notes need to be short recordings. There are no live calls and no names for who is speaking.

Photo answers and reply pictures are estimates. Hidden details can be missed and reply pictures are illustrations, not exact stock.

Connect guide for WhatsApp

This chat works on the web only. It cannot send WhatsApp messages or use a WhatsApp Business account. The steps below show how a developer would connect it later.

  1. Create a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number for the shop.
  2. In the developer dashboard for that account, add a webhook and a verify token you choose.
  3. Point the webhook at your server, for example https://your-shop.example/webhook.
  4. When a customer message arrives at the webhook, read its text, photo or voice file.
  5. Send voice files to transcription, then send text plus any photo to the answer step in this chat.
  6. Send the answer back as a WhatsApp reply, with a picture when the customer asked to see an item.

1. Create a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number.
2. In the Meta app dashboard, set the webhook URL above and a verify token you choose.
3. When a message arrives, read the text, photo or voice file from the webhook payload.
4. Send the voice file to transcription, then send text plus photo to this chat's answer action.
5. Reply with the answer text, and a generated picture when the customer asked to see an item.
